We can only process returns for items that were damaged or sent incorrectly. The fulfillment center has a triple-check process, but mistakes can happen. In the event that one does, please take photographs and provide as much detail as possible and get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item. 

Accurate product dimensions are listed on each page under “Size Guide”, so please be sure to take proper measurements. If you realize you’ve ordered the wrong size soon after placing an order, please let us know ASAP and we’ll try to change the sizing or cancel the order for you. 

Delivery ISSUES

Please verify that you input the correct delivery address upon ordering. If you notice an error shortly after placing the order, email us quickly and we’ll see if we can change it before fulfillment begins.  

If an item shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we’re unfortunately unable to communicate with carriers on your behalf and cannot offer refunds for stolen packages. If you believe an item was delivered to an incorrect address, please check with your neighbors and use the tracking information to contact the delivery company directly. 

If an order is lost in transit and the tracking proves this, you have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to get in touch and we’ll work with the fulfillment center to try to get your replacement started. Please allow ample time for the package to show up first.
